| Lorin Bender’s practice areas include real estate
transactions, real estate litigation and estate planning. Prior to joining
Stein, Rudser, Cohen & Magid in 2005, Ms. Bender practiced at the
Wolff Law Office in San Francisco where her work primarily involved
real estate litigation.
Ms. Bender was admitted to the California Bar in 2004. She received
her B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley, and received
her J.D. order of the coif and cum laude from Loyola Law School, Los
Angeles, in 2004, where she was an Articles Editor of the Loyola Law
Review. During law school, Ms. Bender served as a judicial extern to
the Honorable Morris B. Jones of the Los Angeles Superior Court.
Ms. Bender is a member of the State Bar of California and the Alameda
County Bar Association.
