Stein, Rudser, Cohen & Magid's law office is situated in"Old Oakland." The entrance is located at 825 Washington Street, on the second floor of the historic Ratto's Building at the southwest corner of Washington and 9th Streets. (Handicapped access is available via elevator at the rear of the building.) The office is conveniently located near the 12th Street BART station.
